- Test and Evaluation
- This is a 4- 5 day program, depending if there is one to two students. Classes start at 8 a.m. and ends each day around 5 p.m., depending on how fast we cover materials.
- Classes usally start Friday morning and get out Monday or Tue. (if there are two-four students) after test. Other class times, more convienient for student, can be scheduled.
- $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the time and space in the class. The maximum of 4 students are allowed in each class. Each student is required to be on time at each class every day to receive their certificate. The Certificate will be sent out to the student after the tests have been graded.
What you get from the class:
- Manual
- Permanent makeup machine (Rotary pen) with foot peddle
- One hand method disposable handle
- 2 disposable hand method needles
- 2 pigments (Black and lip color)
- 10 needles for machine
- 10 cups for pigments
- Disposable gown for class
- Eyebrow Stencil
- Face mask and gloves for class
- One Year Fellow Membership to the American Academy of Micropigmentation (FAAM)
- If passing grade: Certificate from the American Academy of Micropigmentation
- Certificate from Permanent Impression Cosmetics School
- O.S.H.A. Certificate (with passing grade)
What are class requirements?
- This is a 4-5 day program that starts at 8 a.m. and ends each day around 5 p.m.
- Classes start Friday morning and get out Monday- Tue. depending on how many students in class.
- $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the time and space in the class. The maximum of 4 students are allowed in each class. Each student is required to be on time at each class every day to receive their certificate. The Certificate will be sent out to the student after the tests have been graded. (Only if an emergency occurs, a different class date could be arranged.)
- $3000.00 is due two weeks before class starts.
- All homework assignments must be brought to the 1st day of class.
- Magnifying glasses will be needed so please bring some.
- Make sure to bring Manual.
- Please be prompt and on time.
Where to stay if I am from out of town?

There are many nice hotels in the area surrounding my class location. Call me and I can get a good rate if needed. I will be having class in a beautiful Dental office.
